Meet Nina Plattner
Nina grew up in the financial town of Zurich but has always been a global citizen at heart. Whilst living in Switzerland she held various executive administrative positions in international cooperation’s and thrived on working in multinational teams. She supported senior executives and experienced first hand the challenges of restructuring, mergers and client acquisition. Besides having broad experience in the financial and the hospitality industry, she is passionate about cultural awareness, the influence of neuroscience on workplace behavior and proud to claim herself as a lifelong learner. Her curiosity about different perspectives, lead her to travel over 24 countries and ultimately living now in California since 2015 until 2020. Since the pandemic started Nina returned back to Switzerland and has been working as a Talent Partner at international construction company.

Values/ Philosophy
All my knowledge comes from the richness of my years of professional work experience in the US and Europe. In my practice I draw from knowledge of studies in Behavioral Science and Reflection from each Consulting and Coaching Assignment. Further I draw from following strenghts of mine:

I like exercising the “muscles” of my brain, stretching them in multiple directions and think outside of the box.

I enjoy the challenge of analyzing the symptoms and seeing patterns. I can identifying what is wrong, and strive to find a solution.
